Future Talent Student – HR Part-time Role

About the role

This paid Future Talent Student position in the HR department offers a 6‑12 month part‑time experience where you will work alongside industry professionals, supporting a range of student‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support student activities such as employer branding, university events, social media communication, recruitment, induction and onboarding.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end student recruitment, including drafting ads, shortlisting, screening, pre‑employment checks, offers and employment agreements.
• Oversee group induction, lifecycle and exit processes, manage surveys and report findings to HR partners.
• Assist the HR team across learning & development, business partnering, recruitment and management projects.
• Coordinate the Students@Bosch programme, organising meetings and development activities.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Business/Commerce undergraduate degree, preferably with an HR focus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and work well in a professional team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Previous work experience in a team or professional environment.
• Process‑improvement mindset and initiative.
