Full-Time Cook

About the role

Guzman y Gomez is looking for a full-time cook to work at its restaurant, which serves authentic Mexican food. You will follow the GYG recipe guide, work with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, and deliver quality dishes for new and loyal guests. The position is full time, 38 hours a week.

Required profile

• Experience in a kitchen or cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of food safety concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
