Join Guzman y Gomez as a Cook and help deliver authentic Mexican flavours to our guests. You’ll work with fresh ingredients, follow our recipe guide and create quality dishes across various shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to the GYG recipe guide.
• Handle fresh ingredients and maintain vibrant Mexican flavours.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality food for new and loyal guests.

Required profile

• Experience in a busy kitchen or cooking role.
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience.
• Good understanding of food safety concerns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
