About the role

Eatons Hill Hotel is seeking an experienced chef to join a friendly, energetic kitchen team. You will work alongside a dedicated Head Chef in a fast‑paced environment, delivering modern, high‑quality food for a busy commercial venue.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and present a variety of dishes across multiple cuisines, maintaining consistent quality and innovation.
  • Manage your own section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to food‑hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team members, supporting a rotating roster that covers Monday to Sunday.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience in a busy commercial setting.
  • Ability to work five days a week within a seven‑day operation and adapt to a rotating schedule.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent trade experience.
  • Immaculate grooming, strong communication skills, and a customer‑service mindset.
  • Commitment to food‑hygiene compliance and high presentation standards.
