Full-Time Certificate III Educator - Babies Room

About the role

Explore & Develop Artarmon is a brand-new, independently owned early childhood education and care service on Dickson Avenue, ready to welcome families. It is seeking a caring, committed and enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join its Babies Room team full-time, helping to build a warm, nurturing and inspiring environment for children aged 6 weeks to 24 months.

Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with a team of educators to provide high-quality care for children aged 6 weeks to 24 months
• Help implement a play-based curriculum that supports each child's routine and developmental needs
• Build secure, trusting relationships with children and families
• Contribute to observations, documentation and planning
• Support a calm, safe and responsive environment aligned with the principles of respectful caregiving

Required profile

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Experience working with infants preferred but not essential
• Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR and Child Protection certificates
• A warm, nurturing personality and strong teamwork skills
• Understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• Genuine passion for caring for babies and supporting their early development
