Full-Stack Software Engineer (.NET/Angular)

About the role

You will join ROLLER's Product and Engineering team, working across the stack on core platform capabilities such as APIs, payments, integrations, reporting, point of sale and online checkout. The role is hands‑on, allowing you to own customer problems from discovery through delivery and production operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain secure, scalable software across backend services and user interfaces.
• Develop APIs and integrations, and create user‑facing features using the company design system and component library.
• Take features from discovery through design, implementation, release and iteration, collaborating closely with product and engineering teammates.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve reliability, performance, observability and maintainability as the platform scales.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional software‑engineering experience, with strong full‑stack capabilities.
• Experience building and operating APIs, services or transactional product systems in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.
• Ability to take ambiguous problems to practical outcomes and learn from production incidents.
• Clear communication, curiosity and confidence to give and receive honest feedback.
• Willingness to work from the South Melbourne office three days per week.
