Full Stack Software Engineer – AI Finance Agent

About the role

We are seeking a product‑mindful Full Stack Engineer to help build BJAK’s AI Finance Agent. You will work across frontend, backend, internal tools and customer journeys, turning ideas into fast‑moving, reliable products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end customer‑facing and internal features, including web flows, APIs, admin tools, dashboards and operational systems.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile and operations teams to launch quickly across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel and other financial services.
• Integrate third‑party APIs, manage data flows and improve production reliability.
• Use analytics, feedback and production issues to iterate on features post‑launch.
• Build tools that reduce manual work and increase speed across the business.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in both frontend and backend development.
• Ability to build useful products quickly without perfect specifications.
• Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail.
• Comfortable debugging across the entire stack.

• Experience with modern web frameworks.
• API design and integration.
• Database design and management.
• Production‑grade system deployment and monitoring.
