Full Stack Engineer (AI‑Accelerated Development)

About the role

We are looking for a forward‑thinking Full Stack Engineer to join our Sydney team and help drive an AI‑accelerated development model. You will not only write code but also “prompt” and pilot AI tools to maximise productivity and deliver high‑quality features quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) to scaffold, refactor and patch code throughout the development lifecycle.
• Design, build and maintain backend services using .NET or NestJS, with secondary Java expertise valued.
• Develop modern front‑end applications with React and NextJS.
• Implement and maintain automated end‑to‑end tests with Playwright, integrating them into CI pipelines.
• Architect scalable, secure systems while upholding clean‑code standards.
• Own features from design through testing and deployment, ensuring rapid, reliable releases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in backend development, preferably with .NET or NestJS.
• Strong proficiency in React and solid understanding of NextJS.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with code, regardless of seniority.
• Passion for using AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
