Full Stack Developer – Remote (Australia)

About the role

Our client, a financial services organisation, is seeking a Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering high‑quality software. The position is hands‑on, focusing on building end‑to‑end solutions while also supporting team growth and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end solutions using modern cloud technologies.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services with Node.js.
• Develop user‑facing interfaces using React and React Native.
• Configure and manage containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Automate deployment pipelines and apply DevOps practices.
• Participate in code reviews and pair programming.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Share best practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
