Full Stack Developer

About the role

Trideca is seeking a full‑stack engineer to join a healthcare‑focused squad. The position involves 50/50 development across the front‑end (React) and back‑end (Java) to deliver new features and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance existing features using React and Java.
• Develop backend services and APIs, and contribute front‑end work as needed.
• Implement changes based on clear requirements and designs.
• Make targeted improvements to performance, reliability, and usability.
• Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to ship work quickly.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a full‑stack engineer, mid‑level preferred.
• Strong Java backend experience (Spring or similar).
• Good working knowledge of React.
• Comfortable working in an existing codebase and extending functionality.
• Independent, delivery‑focused mindset.
