Full Stack Developer

About the role

Apparent Communications is seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Developer to create high‑impact digital solutions for global brands. You will join a collaborative, dog‑friendly team in Eveleigh, working on a mix of client projects that span modern web technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js and .NET.
• Write detailed technical specifications and accurate effort estimates for new features.
• Own the full project lifecycle from architecture through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with design, strategy and production teams under the guidance of a technical lead.
• Integrate APIs and work with relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience in an agency or software house.
• Proven ability to produce detailed estimates and technical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• ReactJS (expert level)
• Next.js framework
• TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Node.js and .NET for API development
• SQL and database design (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of AI tools (used as an aid, not a crutch)
