Full Lifecycle Recruiter – University Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Full Lifecycle Recruiter will act as Amazon’s ambassador on university campuses across Australia and New Zealand, driving early‑career talent acquisition. You will partner with internal stakeholders and university contacts to design and deliver recruitment programs that meet Amazon’s hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop operational plans and branding activities with university leads to attract top early‑career talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with placement officers, faculty, alumni and student organisations.
• Design, implement and attend on‑campus events such as info sessions, tech talks, career fairs and Amazon Days.
• Lead university recruitment teams, define roles, coach members and ensure a unified approach.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone screens, participate in panel interviews and act as the primary candidate contact throughout the process.
• Analyse university performance data annually and collaborate with stakeholders to refine recruitment strategies.
• Support additional recruitment assignments in other Asia‑Pacific locations as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of recruitment experience, preferably in campus or graduate hiring.
• Proven ability to execute campus recruiting plans, manage candidate pipelines and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritisation and problem‑solving abilities with minimal guidance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Analytical skills to create, measure and scale recruitment workflows.
