About the role

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is looking for a customer‑focused Full Life Cycle Recruiter. You will partner with hiring managers across multiple business lines, manage high‑volume requisitions, and help shape hiring strategies that meet AWS’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to design and execute sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, setting benchmarks and tracking metrics.
• Recommend recruitment ideas and processes that support long‑term growth.
• Develop written plans with deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
• Participate in special projects, including best‑practice assessments and internal talent sourcing.
• Maintain strong communication, organization, and negotiation with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to build candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams and managing expectations.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets.
