Full Life Cycle Recruiter – Cloud Services

About the role

Amazon Web Services is looking for a customer‑focused Full Life Cycle Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across multiple business lines. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure a great experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to design and execute sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, meeting timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and track recruitment plans, deliverables, and metrics.
• Lead special projects such as interview best‑practice assessments and talent‑pool identification.
• Recommend and implement process improvements aligned with Amazon’s hiring goals.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to build candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
