Front Office Manager – Gold Coast Resort

About the role

Lead the front‑of‑house team at RACV Royal Pines Resort during an exciting period of growth and technology transformation. You will ensure every guest interaction reflects premium service standards while guiding a large, diverse team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop teams across Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Reservations and Night Audit.
• Drive a guest‑centric culture that delivers seamless, personalised arrivals, stays and departures.
• Manage change initiatives, including the rollout of new guest‑facing technologies and operational improvements.
• Provide visible, hands‑on leadership on the floor, supporting both guests and staff.
• Oversee operational platforms such as Opera PMS, key‑card access and call‑accounting systems.
• Control departmental budgets, labour costs, workforce planning and productivity targets while maintaining service excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large, complex resort or hotel operations.
• Hands‑on hospitality leader who can see what needs to be done and make it happen.
• Strong coach and mentor who can lead teams through change.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
