Front Office All‑Rounder – Guest Services

About the role

Join Hilton Sydney’s iconic 598‑room property as a Front Office All‑Rounder, the first point of contact for guests. You will ensure smooth check‑ins and check‑outs, provide local and hotel information, and create memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s renowned hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
• Process departures, verify charges, handle payments and issue receipts using the POS system.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions and local attractions to answer guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and up‑sell services to maximise revenue.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve concerns and manage communications efficiently.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering warm, authentic guest experiences.
• Integrity and a commitment to doing the right thing.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on inclusivity and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Experience operating a point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Solid knowledge of hotel front‑office procedures and guest service standards.
