About the role

Chargrill Charlie’s, an iconic Australian chicken shop, is seeking enthusiastic Front of House Managers for its Pagewood location. You will lead a crew to deliver exceptional guest service, ensure smooth restaurant operations, and uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to provide fast‑paced, high‑quality service.
  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and overall presentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business performance.

Required profile

  • Prior leadership experience in hospitality or a similar fast‑service environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a results‑driven attitude.
  • Ability to work in a high‑energy, customer‑focused setting.
