FP&A Analyst – Finance (ANZ)

About the role

Hunter Douglas is seeking an analytical and commercially‑minded FP&A Analyst to join its ANZ Finance team. Reporting to the Head of FP&A & M&A – ANZ, you will support financial planning, reporting and commercial analysis across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecasting and long‑range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and performance insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards and forecasting tools.
• Analyse revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers to support commercial decisions.
• Assist with pricing, profitability and cost‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure financial data integrity and support governance and reporting standards.

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, management accounting or public practice.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with BI or reporting tools.
