About the role
Join the Atrium Lounge team as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, reporting to the Atrium Manager. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring guests receive warm, memorable experiences in a vibrant hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Atrium Lounge team in service set‑up, pack‑down, and food & beverage delivery.
- Maintain high service standards and consistently prepare quality beverages.
- Support the Bar Manager with staff training, scheduling and stock control.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with restaurant, kitchen and leadership teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Uphold health, safety and wellbeing initiatives in the workplace.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a bar or hotel setting, with leadership experience preferred.
- Flexible and reliable availability for nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Current South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Safety certifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to resolve guest concerns.
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg and perform manual handling tasks.
