About the role
Join the In‑Room Dining & Minibar team at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, delivering five‑star service with discretion, precision and personalised care. As a Food & Beverage Team Leader you will set the tone for seamless luxury experiences for guests staying in the rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team through each shift, coordinating orders, delivery flow and service standards to ensure timely, flawless execution.
- Promote menu offerings, provide thoughtful recommendations and drive upselling to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain order accuracy, presentation and service delivery at every touchpoint.
- Foster a culture of excellence through training, development and continuous support of team members.
Required profile
- Warm, elegant and highly organised with a polished professional presence.
- Proven hospitality experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Current RSA certification and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Full Australian working rights and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
