About the role

Join the passionate team at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach and deliver exceptional service in a five‑star luxury environment. As a Food & Beverage Attendant you will work across our signature restaurant, Room 81 Bar, banquet and gaming venues, gaining valuable exposure and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide refined à la carte service in the luxury restaurant, creating a welcoming and elegant atmosphere.
• Master cocktail and beverage creation at Room 81 Bar, ensuring high‑quality presentation.
• Engage warmly with all Accor Live Limitless and Sofitel guests, personalising each dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee seamless service and flawless presentation.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout all service areas.

Required profile

• High‑level communication and interpersonal skills with professionalism and discretion.
• Previous experience as a food and beverage attendant, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong attention to detail, guest‑engagement focus and a calm, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Availability to work an average of 38 hours per week across varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
• RSG certification with gaming experience (highly regarded).
• Proven experience in food and beverage service within a high‑end hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in cocktail and beverage preparation.
