About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join the No35 dining team at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. If you thrive in a bustling, high‑quality restaurant with stunning city views and enjoy delivering memorable culinary experiences, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
• Guide guests through the menu, sharing knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages, adhering to responsible service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate orders and special requests.

Required profile

• Valid Victorian RSA certification.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a busy, quality restaurant environment.
• Previous hotel experience is desirable.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
