Food & Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Crowne Plaza Geelong as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the front‑line host delivering memorable dining experiences to guests across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events. The role requires weekend availability and offers flexible casual, part‑time or full‑time hours.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, take orders and serve food and beverages with professionalism.
• Maintain clean, well‑stocked service areas and ensure equipment is organised.
• Set up, service and pack down banquet, conference and special‑event functions.
• Adhere to food safety, RSA and workplace health and safety standards.
• Promote the hotel’s “Dare to Connect” service philosophy in every interaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within hotels, resorts or hospitality venues.
• Passion for food, beverages and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays and flexible shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Current VIC RSA certification and legal right to work in Australia.
