Food & Beverage Attendant – Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge

About the role

As a part‑time Food & Beverage Attendant at Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge, you will deliver polished, personalised service in a luxury rooftop setting, helping create memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive table service and look after guests throughout their experience.
• Assist with High Tea setup, service and pack‑down, maintaining luxury standards.
• Support the bar team during busy periods, including preparing and delivering drinks.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience, preferably in a quality or luxury environment.
• Current Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a polished professional presentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with shifts typically starting around 3‑4 pm and finishing as late as 11 pm‑12 am.
