About the role
Lead the Food & Beverage team for banquets at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, ensuring five‑star events are delivered with precision, elegance and impeccable service.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate service flow, room set‑ups and timings for events ranging from intimate gatherings to large conferences.
- Inspire and support team members, driving performance, engagement and development while maintaining high standards.
- Promote menu offerings, enhance guest experience and uphold hygiene and presentation standards.
- Manage operational flow and ensure seamless execution of every event.
Required profile
- Warm, elegant and highly organised with a passion for personalised guest experiences.
- Proven hospitality experience, able to lead, coach and develop a team.
- Current RSA certification, flexible to work rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Full Australian working rights and impeccable grooming reflecting luxury service.
