Food and Beverage Attendant - York On Lilydale

About the role

York On Lilydale, part of the Endeavour Group, is looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant. It is a hands-on, people-focused role where the Attendant is the face of the floor, welcoming guests and recommending meals and drinks. The position is casual.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with guests and make every visit memorable
• Share your passion for the products and recommend the right meal or drink
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the day, from opening to closing
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and when legally able

Required profile

• Natural at making people feel welcome and pays attention to the small details
• Team player motivated to create a great experience for guests and colleagues
• Current RSA certificate and flexible availability
• Ability to handle and lift stock, kegs and deliveries safely and efficiently
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an advantage
