Food and Beverage Attendant - Pub Lane Tavern

About the role

Endeavour Group is looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant for its Pub Lane Tavern in Greenbank, Queensland. It is a casual, hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys pub food and drinks and wants to be the friendly face of the floor, making every guest visit memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with guests and make sure every visit is a memorable one
• Share your passion for the products and recommend the right meal or drink
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the day, from opening to closing
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and where legally able

Required profile

• Natural at making people feel welcome and pays attention to the small details
• Team player motivated to create a great experience for guests and colleagues
• Current RSA certificate and flexible availability
• Ability to handle and lift stock, kegs and deliveries safely and efficiently; applicants must be able to perform these physical tasks
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an advantage
