Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

Join the team at Peppers Blue on Blue Resort on Magnetic Island as a Food & Beverage Attendant. You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through the resort’s dining experiences and ensuring every meal feels memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and turn each guest interaction into a lasting memory.
• Provide personalised food and beverage recommendations across the Boardwalk Restaurant & Bar and at events.
• Upsell thoughtfully to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain and set up service areas with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑service experience in hospitality.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid RSA (or equivalent) certification for the relevant jurisdiction.
• Passion for engaging with guests and working within a diverse team.

Required skills

• Food & beverage service protocols, including table service and event service.
• Knowledge of beverage menus and coffee‑crafting techniques.
• RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
