Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team at K'gari Beach Resort. In this onsite role you will deliver exceptional guest experiences across café, bar, buffet and a‑la‑carte service in a stunning beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Prepare coffee and specialty drinks as a barista.
• Handle wine, cocktail and bar service, ensuring responsible service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in service areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to support smooth operations.

Required profile

• Passionate about the hospitality industry and delivering brilliant customer experiences.
• Willingness to relocate and live in staff accommodation on K'gari.
• Legal right to live and work in Australia.

Required skills

• Previous experience in a similar food‑and‑beverage role.
• Valid Queensland RSA (or obtain within 28 days).
• Wine and cocktail knowledge.
• Barista experience.
• Valid Food Handling Certificate (or ability to obtain).
