Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Peppers Beach Club & Spa you will warmly welcome guests, guide them through the culinary offerings and ensure memorable dining experiences across the resort’s restaurants, pool bar and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and deliver personalized food and beverage recommendations.
• Upsell dishes and drinks to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and set up service areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to provide seamless service.
• Continuously expand product knowledge and stay informed about menu items.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality customer service.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid RSA or equivalent responsible service qualification.
• Passion for engaging with guests and teamwork.

Required skills

• Food & beverage service protocols, including table service and event service.
• Basic coffee preparation skills (strongly valued).
