Food and Beverage Attendant

About the role

As a Food and Beverage Attendant at Mantra Club Croc, you will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through the resort’s culinary offerings and ensuring memorable dining experiences in a stunning Whitsundays setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming atmosphere and turn each guest interaction into a lasting memory.
• Handle challenges with positivity, turning obstacles into opportunities.
• Provide personalised food and beverage recommendations and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
• Continuously expand product knowledge to advise guests confidently.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure seamless service.
• Set up, maintain and pack service areas with meticulous attention to detail.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑service experience in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee preparation.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Valid RSA (or equivalent) certification for the relevant jurisdiction.
• Passion for engaging with guests and collaborating within a diverse team.
