About the role

Join the Conference & Events team at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth as a Food & Beverage Attendant, supporting conferences, cocktail parties and large‑scale celebrations. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment delivering memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, service and pack down function spaces.
• Deliver friendly, efficient food and beverage service across conferences and events.
• Work closely with the kitchen and sales team to ensure smooth, timely service.
• Keep function and service areas tidy, organised and well stocked.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, energy and passion for hospitality.
• Great communication and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
