About the role
Join Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour as a Food and Beverage Attendant in the exclusive Club Millesime, delivering refined, personalised service to VIP guests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive service from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen brigade and Club leadership to guarantee impeccable timing, flawless presentation and meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of menus, beverages and dietary considerations to guide guests confidently.
- Prepare and maintain immaculate mise‑en‑place and uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Required profile
- Gracious hospitality professional with a natural eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Polished communication skills, engaging presence and professional appearance reflecting the Sofitel brand.
- Flexible and dependable, able to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Current RSA certification and full Australian working rights.
Required skills
- RSA certification for responsible service of alcohol.
