Food and Beverage Attendant - Beachfront Hotel

About the role

Endeavour Group is looking for a Food and Beverage Attendant for its beachfront hotel in Rapid Creek, Northern Territory. It is a casual position for someone who genuinely enjoys serving food and drinks and wants to be the face of the floor, making every guest visit memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with guests and make sure every visit is a memorable one
• Recommend the right meal or drink to suit each guest
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the day, from opening to closing
• Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and where legally able

Required profile

• A current RSA certificate
• Flexible availability
• Ability to handle and lift stock, kegs and deliveries safely and efficiently
• Natural at making people feel welcome and a team player
• Some gaming experience or willingness to learn is an asset
