About the role

Soul Origin is an award-winning Australian retail food franchise with over 100 stores, offering coffee and food to customers who are in a hurry. This customer service team member position is based at the M4 West location and suits someone outgoing, confident and proud of their uniform.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver an excellent customer service experience to customers
  • Assist customers with questions and queries
  • Carry out general cleaning duties
  • Help with stock takes, opening and closing the store, and cleaning
  • Prepare basic food items

Required profile

  • An approachable demeanour and good communication skills
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Good attention to detail and cash handling skills
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Preferred: a minimum of 6 months of fast food or restaurant experience
