Flow Controller – Automated Warehouse Operations

About the role

Join Toyota Automated Logistics in Dandenong South and help run one of Australia’s most advanced fully‑automated warehouses. You will monitor system performance, resolve alarms, and keep material flowing smoothly on a 4‑on/4‑off rotating shift.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of automated warehouse systems and respond to alarms, warnings, and blockages.
• Perform basic low‑risk maintenance such as replacing sensors, filters, and consumables.
• Refill and exchange consumables including foil, labels, and cartons.
• Clear system blockages to maintain uninterrupted material flow.
• Communicate with internal teams and client personnel to minimise disruptions.
• Guide client staff on correct machine processes and safe equipment operation.

Required profile

• Strong willingness to learn in a high‑technology environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic mechanical or electrical aptitude with problem‑solving ability.
• Physically fit and able to work rotating 12‑hour shifts.
• Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency with full work rights.
