Flourish Program Coordinator

About the role

Anglicare WA is recruiting a Flourish Program Coordinator for a full-time permanent position based in East Perth. Flourish is a multi-year initiative that works alongside young parents and their children to strengthen local communities and influence the systems shaping family wellbeing; it starts in Rockingham and Bunbury and will expand to other locations. The coordinator leads the Flourish frontline team, is accountable to team wellbeing and provides operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Flourish frontline team and foster a culture of trust, joy, creativity and care
• Oversee day-to-day program operations
• Support safeguarding and risk management processes
• Coordinate stakeholder relationships and contribute to the broader strategic objectives of Flourish

Required profile

• Experience leading services supporting children, young people and families with complex needs
• Demonstrated experience of being accountable to team wellbeing
• Strong knowledge of applied relationship-centred practice and of the conditions practitioners need to centre relationships
• Experience in program coordination, operational management and continuous improvement
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Youth Work, Community Development, Human Services or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
• Current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and WA driver's licence

What we offer

• Starting salary of $123,123 per annum plus 12% superannuation
