Floor Manager – 3‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

As a Floor Manager you will lead a passionate team to create exceptional customer experiences in the Armadale store. You will set the tone for a welcoming, inspiring environment while driving results during a 3‑month maternity cover.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑level customer service through expert styling advice, strong product knowledge and an engaging store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with the Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering the best possible experience for every customer.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity.

Required profile

• Strong product enthusiasm and ability to share it.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and personal development.
• Excellent communication, both with customers and team members.
• Proven team leadership in fast‑paced retail environments.
• Experience coaching and developing staff.
• Analytical thinking with solid understanding of retail KPIs.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to respond quickly to change.
• Commitment to operational excellence and high store standards.
• Flexible and reliable, comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
