Flight Coordinator – Private Charter Operations

About the role

As a Flight Coordinator you will be the central point of contact for private charter flights, guiding each booking from the first enquiry through to post‑flight reporting. You will work closely with clients, travel bookers and aircraft operators to deliver seamless, compliant charter services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage private charter flights from quotation and booking to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers and operators.
• Maintain an accurate operator and fleet database.
• Handle charter requests promptly and communicate any booking changes.
• Create flight briefs and post‑flight reports.
• Ensure all bookings comply with legal and compliance guidelines.
• Oversee client and supplier invoicing requirements.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports for clients as needed.
• Travel domestically to meet clients and operators when required.
• Support brokers with occasional ad‑hoc tasks.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional outside‑standard business times.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of aviation regulations and terminology (beneficial).
• Effective problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with software used for charter bookings, communication and data management.
