About the role
We are seeking a Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer with 4+ years of experience to advise a range of financial services providers on the laws governing retail financial products, acquisitions, disposals and compliance breaches.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on the creation, marketing, delivery and administration of retail financial products.
- Provide counsel on the acquisition and disposal of regulated businesses.
- Assist in the resolution of compliance breaches and interact with regulators such as ASIC, APRA and the RBA.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services regulatory law, including consumer credit and banking system regulation.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with Australian regulators (ASIC, APRA, RBA).
