Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Aurelia Metals Limited is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join the finance team in Brisbane. Reporting to the CFO, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering clear financial insight to support strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group planning cycle, including Life of Mine plans, annual budgets, forecasts and risk assessments.
• Develop, maintain and support Life of Mine planning models across operations.
• Consolidate operational submissions and present planning outcomes to senior leadership and the Board.
• Conduct scenario modelling and financial analysis on group performance, cash flow, commodity prices, trends and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Manage the Group planning and cash flow systems (Workday Adaptive), overseeing system enhancements, capital governance and forecasting.
• Provide financial modelling and evaluation support for projects, contract tenders, technical services, growth initiatives and external market analysis.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the resources/mining sector.
• Proven ability to lead planning cycles and develop robust financial models.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders without direct reports.
