Financial Modeling Analyst (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Modeling Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. The analyst will support investment strategies by building and maintaining sophisticated financial models and delivering insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, LBO and other valuation frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive financial and investment analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts and presentation decks for decision‑makers.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for capital‑markets and investment decisions.
• Monitor market trends, financial news and emerging fintech developments to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on AI‑driven financial projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in financial analysis, investment analysis or capital markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and data analysis.
• Expertise in DCF, LBO, valuation techniques and forecasting methodologies.
