Financial Controller – Multinational Business

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Controller to oversee financial control across multiple entities for a well‑established global business undergoing growth and transformation. The role is hands‑on, combining operational excellence with continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes for multiple entities.
• Oversee statutory reporting, audit management and compliance requirements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and the general ledger.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including systems and process improvements.
• Manage and develop a small finance team.
• Partner with key stakeholders across the business to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• CA qualified with a strong technical accounting background.
• Deep understanding of month‑end, audit and statutory reporting requirements.
• Proven leadership experience managing small teams.
• Commercially minded with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in a multinational organisation.
