Financial Controller

About the role

DG Corporation is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join its executive team. Reporting directly to the CEO and Head of Construction, you will oversee financial management across a diversified portfolio that includes property development, construction, hospitality, tourism and investment assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, management accounting and statutory compliance for multiple entities.
• Prepare annual budgets, monthly management accounts and Board reporting packs.
• Manage daily and long‑term cash‑flow forecasting across all divisions.
• Oversee GST, BAS, statutory reporting and taxation compliance.
• Coordinate preparation of financial statements and audit documentation.
• Provide commercial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance manager.
• Commercially focused with a hands‑on approach to finance operations.
• Ability to work closely with senior management, project managers and external advisers.
• Strong understanding of multi‑entity financial governance and compliance.
