Financial Controller

About the role
The Financial Controller reports directly to the General Manager and is a key member of the hotel’s leadership team. You will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s financial performance, analysing key performance indicators and advising department heads on how to achieve and exceed financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, planning and forecasting processes for the hotel.
- Analyse and report monthly and yearly results, forecasts and profit & loss statements.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards.
- Provide training to hotel leaders and the finance team to maintain accuracy and financial integrity.
Required profile
- Accountable to the General Manager and part of the hotel leadership team.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate KPIs and financial data.
- Experience in guiding department leaders to meet financial objectives.
- Commitment to compliance and continuous improvement through training.
