Financial Controller

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing consumer brand, is seeking a hands‑on Financial Controller to support rapid expansion both domestically and internationally. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you will provide financial insight, drive profitability, and ensure the finance function scales with the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash‑flow management.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, margin analysis and product profitability assessments for new launches.
• Manage revenue, margin and cash‑flow performance across the organisation.
• Oversee global tax reporting and compliance.
• Review and enhance reporting processes to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build scalable finance processes that keep pace with rapid growth.

Required profile

• Significant experience with consumer‑facing brands in retail, ecommerce or consumer‑goods manufacturing.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Proven ability to work autonomously as the sole finance professional within a high‑growth team.
• Track record of balancing organisational rigor with commercial drive.
