Finance Manager

About the role

Spencer Corporate Travel Australia is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead its finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will own financial reporting, forecasting, cash management and act as the finance lead for the Tramada travel management system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, preparing financial statements, journal entries and variance analysis.
• Deliver financial insights and reports to senior leadership while ensuring IFRS compliance and internal controls.
• Partner with business leaders on operational and commercial decisions, drive quarterly forecasting and support annual budgeting.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, treasury activities and commission reconciliations.
• Supervise outsourced finance resources and act as the subject‑matter expert for Tramada.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and operational accounting.
• Background in a senior accounting or finance business‑partner role, preferably within a travel or services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
