FIFO/DIDO Dual Trade Electrician-Refrigeration Technician

About the role

Compass Group Australia is hiring a Dual Trade Electrician-Refrigeration Technician for a permanent ongoing role with flexible FIFO from Brisbane or DIDO from local areas. You will join the DeltaFM team and keep remote village infrastructure running smoothly and safely. Lifestyle rosters are designed for family time and consistency, in a supportive team environment with safety at the core.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain critical village infrastructure that supports day-to-day remote operations.
• Perform hands-on work across varied electrical assets and equipment.
• Work within a safety-driven role with well-established processes and standards.

Required profile

• Full Australian working rights.
• Current Queensland unrestricted electrical licence and unrestricted ARCTICK licence.
• Current full Australian driver's licence.
• Current CPR/LVR certification and a National Police check within 12 months.
• Ability to mobilise from Brisbane Airport for ongoing FIFO rosters.
• Desirable: Working at Heights, Confined Space and High Risk Work (EWP) licences.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Dual trade skills in electrical and refrigeration maintenance.
