Field Planning Specialist

About the role

Nestlé is looking for an analytical, commercially‑minded Field Planning Specialist to turn strategy into execution across its field sales network. Working closely with Customer, Category, Field Sales and agency partners, you will plan, coordinate and optimise in‑store activities to bring commercial priorities to life.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage field sales activity plans that align commercial priorities with field capacity and service level agreements.
• Coordinate and communicate cycle workplans, promotional activations and execution priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights that drive execution excellence and business growth.
• Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting on key sales metrics including compliance, displays, planograms, presell activity and trade standards.
• Own key field sales databases and planning tools, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
• Lead regular stakeholder review meetings and provide recommendations to improve field effectiveness and return on investment.
• Partner with Customer, Category and Field Sales teams to ensure successful activation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, commercial planning, category, field sales or marketing environments.
• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable taking ownership and driving improvements independently.
