Fast Food Team Leader – Drive‑Thru (Morayfield)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Fast Food Team Leader to oversee our Morayfield Drive‑Thru restaurant. In this role you will manage daily operations, support and develop team members, and ensure a high‑quality experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant to a high standard.
• Supervise, support and train team members, including junior staff.
• Monitor store performance, meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare food, operate deep fryer and grill equipment.
• Manage cash handling and register operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader role within fast‑food or hospitality.
• Natural leader who can motivate and support a team.
• Excellent communication and a customer‑first attitude.
• Reliable, organised and able to perform under pressure.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene.
